“Emma took the load off for us and streamlined our marketing content and communications strategy”

The Crutcher brothers are no ordinary leaders. Attention to detail and eye-catching efficiency are what their reputation is all about, and when EmmPower were enlisted to take that strong case to their discerning audience, a cohesive plan incorporating an omnichannel communications approach was key.

The problem the leaders of this small but ambitious SME was time and expertise. They knew they had incredible USPs to shout about. The beauty of their designs spoke for themselves, but when out on the road or engineering their latest creation, sitting to craft well articulated blogs and social media posts, or knowing how to form and distribute a key press release with the media didn’t really float their boat.

The goal was to draft in a reliable resource that could express their story and communicate with their private clients and design community clearly, for a budget that worked.

Being let down by overpriced agencies costing what seemed like the earth with very little visible output or results, was no longer an option.

EmmPower gained exposure for Living on a vast array of media including multiple BBC radio interviews, features in the Dorset Echo, Dorset Business News and a respected industry podcast in addition to growing the followership of their social media accounts and email database.

Because of Living’s need to engage an architect and designer audience as well as direct to residential consumers, they needed a multidiscipline approach with someone who had a track record in cold calling and relationship management on a direct B2B level, as well as customer service skills for a client base who prefer privacy.

EmmPower was recommended to Living for exactly this purpose by a client from the luxury bathrooms sector who was pleased with their own results.

“We enjoy working with EmmPower because Emma and her team work to understand our priorities. They solve our problem of needing multiple marketing agency services provided, via a flexible model and fair budget. As a small, family business playing in both B2C and B2B markets because of our CPD courses, having someone who understands both, and the nature of how our high net-worth clients need to be communicated with was important to us. Our day-to-day is so busy, we needed someone who could just get on with the job with little input from us. The flexibility, varied experience and skillset that EmmPower provides suits the needs of our small, agile, and growing business”
